VANCOUVER WEST AUGUST TOWNHOME MARKET

Attached please find the latest statistics from Greater Vancouver Realtors.

The News Release concludes that this summer underperforms our previous summer. August 2026 posts a 4.6 percent decrease in sales compared to last August as even with ample selection, stable mortgage rates and arrested prices, not enough Buyers came off the sidelines.
